The contractor shall provide all necessary facility, labor, materials, parts, and test and tooling equipment to teardown, evaluate, repair and/or modify the antenna to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition in accordance with the Statement of Work. The work includes inspection, component repair and replacement, reassembly, and testing. The contractor must comply with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality requirements, maintain a calibration system, and follow configuration management and marking standards. The induction period is 365 calendar days from award, with option pricing for up to 100 units over the contract period.
