Provide combination box delivery and transportation service on HCR 961A6 on frequency K7 daily except Sundays and holidays, operating scheduled trips between Alturas, CA, Davis Creek Main Office, CA, New Pine Creek Main Office, OR, Lakeview, OR and Modoc Estates, CA, including casing 353 boxes, loading, transporting and unloading all classes of mail, exchanging mail, collecting from boxes, selling stamps and supplies, accepting money orders and registered, certified, insured and COD matter, securing mail, using scanning devices and keys, and providing a minimum one 120-cubic-foot vehicle with standby equipment, warning lights and cellular communications over approximately 130.8 round-trip miles, 39,641.6 estimated annual miles and 2,424 estimated annual hours from December 16, 2026 through September 30, 2032.
