The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and disposal for scheduled servicing of 8 chemical neutralization pits, including inspection of tanks, basins and piping, pumping and disposal of waste, limestone and debris, pH testing and adjustment, replenishment of limestone chips, cleaning of tanks and containment areas, resealing lids, and documentation with manifests; facility-wide characterization, removal, transport and disposal of chemical, caustic, regulated and non-regulated waste, chemical wastewater, sewage and stagnant water, plus spill response and abatement as directed by the COR; and unscheduled corrective maintenance under a not-to-exceed allowance, with service reports, pH test results and disposal certificates after each visit.
