56 CONS at Luke AFB, Arizona is seeking to purchase Hood and Duct Cleaning Services in accordance with the attached performance work statement. Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) must be emailed to the Point of Contact listed below. Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree to all instructions and procedures described herein. If a site visit is requested, please notify the POC's no later than 7 August 2026. All questions must be submitted by close of business 17 August 2026. Answers will be attached to the RFQ by close of business 21 August 2026. Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The contractor shall remove all grease and flammable residues from interior surfaces of hood canopies, filters, ducts, and exhaust fans, ensuring compliance with NFPA 96. Services include cleaning of accessible exhaust system ductwork, filters, and exhaust removal blowers; use of positive cleaning methods such as manual removal, low-pressure detergent application, high-pressure hot water, or saturated steam; post-cleaning restart of blowers and replacement of access doors; site cleanup; area protection; and digital photography of all systems annually. Equipment must provide hot water at 180°F, 1200 PSI, and 4 GPM, with a maximum of 1750 PSI on aluminum fans.
