Sole Source Gatan Ancillary Instrument Systems Maintenance Service Agreement

The Contractor shall provide OEM-authorized preventive maintenance, emergency repair, telephone support, and replacement parts (excluding consumables) for two Gatan/EDAX ancillary instrument systems: an Apex Pegasus Integrated XEDS and EBSD System (S/N 11214) including Octane Elite Super (S/N 21522) and Velocity Super System (S/N 4119), with Silicon Drift Detector Module Coverage. Services include one preventive maintenance visit per year, onsite repair with a targeted response time of less than 48 hours, priority emergency service with a targeted telephone response time of less than eight hours, unlimited telephone support during normal business hours, and up to two onsite emergency services per year at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.
