The vendor must provide a fully managed, turnkey solution including all hardware, installation, maintenance, content management software, and connectivity for digital displays at 10 Kentucky high schools. The displays must be dedicated exclusively to academic and career-focused content, feature dual-use capability for school announcements, be placed in high-traffic areas like main entryways or guidance counselor offices, and remain continuously visible during school hours. The vendor must guarantee a minimum ad rotation frequency, provide graphic design and content creation services, and deliver post-campaign reporting including proof of play reports and estimated impression data. The contract period is exactly nine months of active, in-session advertising, with a required start no later than September 30, 2026.
