Postal ServiceIssuing agency·Tampa, FL·via the SAM.gov Get Opportunities APIThe U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is soliciting individuals with the right skill sets and interested in investing numerous hours per week to write Final Agency Decisions (FADs) in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations and USPS quality and timeliness standards. Selected individuals will be independent contractors, located throughout the United States, who will enter into Ordering Agreements with the USPS to provide FAD writing services.
The Supplier will prepare Final Agency Decisions (FADs) on the merits of discrimination complaints and/or entitlement to compensatory damages for the United States Postal Service, National Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigative Services Office (NEEOISO) and other agencies as assigned. Each merit FAD must include: Case Caption, Introduction, Statement of the Claim(s), Chronology, Applicable Law, Background, Prima Facie Analysis, Management's Non-Discriminatory Reasons, Pretext, Statement of Relief, Appeal Rights, and Signature Block. Each compensatory damages FAD must include: Case Caption, Introduction, Statement of the Claim(s), Case Chronology, Applicable Law, Background, Pecuniary Damages, Non-Pecuniary Damages, Conclusion, Appeal Rights, and Signature Block. The Supplier shall deliver a complete FAD within fifteen (15) days after receiving the assignment, and a revised FAD within three (3) days of receipt of COR feedback.
