The contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform comprehensive document and media destruction services. This includes deploying 45 lockable disposal bins, performing monthly on-site certified shredding of paper documents and CDs, providing ad-hoc paper shredding as needed, and conducting certified on-site physical destruction of hard disk drives and tape drives with serial number indexing and issuance of a Certificate of Destruction. The contractor must also return bins to designated locations and provide certification documentation after each monthly service.
