Notice of Solicitation: (BRAND NAME) Request for Quotation (RFQ) for (2) Yamaha DM7C-EX 120-Channel Digital Mixer with CTL-DM7 Control Expansion IAW SOW.
This requirement will be competed as a “Brand Name, 100% Small Business Set-Aside” solicitation. The contractor SHALL be an authorized reseller of the Yamaha DM7C-EX 120 and CTL-DM7 Control Expansion Digital Mixer.
The contractor shall provide the requirements under a Firm Fixed Priced contract in accordance with (IAW) attached Statement of Work. The following Soliciation Attachment contains the Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLIN) items to be acquired. See attached statement of work for description of needed items.

The contractor shall provide two (2) Yamaha DM7-EX 120-Channel Digital Mixers with CTL-DM7 Control Expansion, each including an internal dual power supply, Rivage PM series dynamics processors, 120 mono input mixing capacity, 32 analog inputs, 16 analog outputs, 2 AES/EBU outputs, twenty-eight 3.94" touch-sensitive motorized faders, two 12.1" and one 7" high-resolution multi-touch screens, Dan Dugan Automixer, AI Naming Assist, support for 96kHz and 48kHz sample rates, DANTE network capability (144 x 144 @ 96kHz), USB-C 18x18 audio interface, DAW remote function, split mode, time code in, AI Assist functions, and compatibility with manufacturer software. Also included are two (2) ProX XS-YDM7EXDHW flight cases with doghouse and rolling casters, a one-year manufacturer warranty, and all freight, handling, and labor charges.
