The contractor shall provide noon (boxed lunch) meals for Armed Forces applicants processing at the Jacksonville MEPS located at 7178 Baymeadows Way, Jacksonville, Florida 32256. The contractor must furnish all food, facilities, equipment, supplies, management, supervision and labor, except government-furnished property (dining area, tables, chairs, receptacles). Services are required Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays and training days) and up to 28 Saturdays annually, for an estimated 264 days per year. Each noon meal shall consist of a submarine sandwich (ham, turkey, roast beef, or veggie), lettuce, tomato, chips, cookie, apple or banana, straw, and napkin, plus cold beverages and condiments. Meals are served from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The contractor must clean the dining area daily, remove trash, and comply with all health, safety, and licensing requirements. The contractor must also perform administrative functions including obtaining signed meal vouchers and submitting monthly invoices.
