This is a non-personal services contract to provide all personnel, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish qualified sports officiating and scorekeeping services for the 19th Force Support Squadron intramural and varsity sports programs at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas.

The contractor shall provide certified sports officials and scorekeepers for intramural and varsity softball, flag football, basketball, and volleyball (varsity co-ed) for regular season, playoff, and varsity competitions at Little Rock Air Force Base. Services include officiating and scorekeeping for an estimated 1,200 total contest assignments per year across all sports. The contractor shall independently manage assignment, scheduling, and supervision of officials and scorekeepers. Officials must be current members of NASO or a state-registered sports officials association. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment (whistles, flags, timing devices, scorekeeping materials, uniforms), and supervision. The Government provides playing venues, field/court equipment, game balls, and scoreboards. Payment is on a per-contest basis; no payment for cancelled contests. The base period is 06 Oct 2026 to 05 Oct 2027, with four one-year options.
