Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to delete Attachment 1 - SAFR Cleaning and Maintenance PWS (17Sept2026) (word version) and upload Attachment 1 - SAFR Cleaning and Maintenance PWS (17Sept2026) (PDF version) in its place to resolve opening/viewing issues.
Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to update the deadline for providing visitor access information under Section 2, Requirements and Performance, from 09/28/2026 to 09/30/2026. This amendment also adds more detailed pricing information under Section 4, Evaluation.
Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to add the following documents: Site Visit Attendance Sheet and Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5457, Revision 32, 08/22/2026.
The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and services necessary to perform inspection, cleaning, and maintenance for the designated equipment and facility components of the two Small Arms Firing Ranges (SAFR) at Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico: the 27 Special Operations Security Forces Squadron (SOSFS) Combat Arms Training and Maintenance (CATM) facility and 26 Special Tactics Squadron (STS) CATM. The contractor shall be responsible for quarterly inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of the Bullet Trap, Dust Collection Unit (DCU) (STS Only), Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), small arms range firing point area and Range Safety Officer/Control Booth located at each range. All inspections, cleaning, and maintenance shall be conducted in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations including OSHA and EPA. The contractor shall also implement a Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) program, perform unscheduled maintenance and repairs as needed, and handle hazardous waste receptacle procedures and disposal coordination.
