The contractor shall provide turnkey medical training solutions for MARSOC across three CLINs: CLIN X00101 (Prolonged Field Care Training) – a 5-day course for 12–24 students featuring cadaveric procedural labs, tactical exercises, a 12-mile off-road track, and full logistical/nutritional support; CLIN X00102 (Special Operations Austere Medical Training) – a 3-phase pipeline for non-medical personnel including EMT/NREMT certification, TCCC Tier 3, PHTLS, AMLS, and a 24-hour CULEX, with a minimum class capacity of 24 students and at least 4 iterations per year; and CLIN X00103 (Custom Medical Training) – tailored mission-specific modules, Full Mission Profile support, and Mobile Training Teams. The contractor must furnish all labor, certified cadre, primary and satellite training facilities within North Carolina (within 100 miles of Camp Lejeune for custom, ≤25-minute radius during garrison phases), student lodging, utilities, secure parking/staging, helicopter landing zones, scenario vehicles/watercraft, role-players/moulage, and full-spectrum catering compliant with ARSOF Performance Menu Guidelines.
