This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1195 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Chiller Coil Replacement.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

In order to be considered for award QUOTERS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the service, total price, and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote.
Submit attached SF-1449 with blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c, and individual Contract Line Items priced in full.
Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation.
Past Performance References- Please see Attachment 3- Past Performance document for what is required.
Submit Capability Statement and technical documentation showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL Performance Elements in the Statement of Work.
REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.
DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.

The contractor must safely isolate and recover R410A refrigerant from Circuit 2, demolish and remove the leaking condenser coil, furnish and install a new OEM-specification York condenser coil, replace filter drier cores, perform nitrogen pressure testing and system evacuation, charge with virgin R410A, and verify operational performance. All work must comply with EPA regulations, local codes, and OSHA safety standards.
