The Contractor shall perform gardening services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy Buenos Aires, Argentina**.** The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-3 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed.
The contractor shall perform gardening services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy Buenos Aires, Argentina. The contractor shall also provide specialized labor and materials to perform the care and maintenance of the swimming pool placed on the CMR, DCMR, DATTR and MSGR: water condition, pumps, filters, and components of the system. PH and Chlorine levels must be maintained and tested. Handling of chemicals must be carried out by qualified personnel, using appropriate personal safety equipment. The storage of said products must take place in cabinets designated for this purpose. Chemicals and products to maintain the swimming pool will be provided by the contractor.
