This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562991 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
The contractor shall supply, service, and maintain six portable toilets (three standard and three ADA accessible) at three sites: Buzzards Bay Recreation Area (90 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA), Sagamore Recreation Area (40 Canal Street, Sagamore Beach, MA), and Sandwich Recreation Area (70 Freezer Road, Sandwich, MA). Toilets shall be serviced three times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) during daylight hours. Each unit must have a service record affixed inside, a waterless hand-sanitizer dispenser replenished at each service, and toilet paper fully replenished at each service. Litter must be removed and disposed of off government property. Units must be staked down with steel rebar or secured with sandbags. Up to ten emergency cleaning services may be required on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide a Spill Prevention Plan and comply with all safety, environmental, and security requirements.
