The Government requires road grading, road maintenance, and minor road repair services on roads located throughout the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Bonners Ferry Ranger District, Boundary County, Idaho.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, operating supplies, tools, materials, safety equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform road maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement, applicable task orders, maps, specifications, and contract terms and conditions.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is $45 Million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies, tools, materials, and safety items to grade and shape roadbeds, shoulders, turnouts, and approaches, scarify and eliminate ruts, potholes, washboards, chuckholes and washes, restore crown, inslope, outslope, drainage dips and template, retain aggregate and fines, clean ditches, drainage dips, culvert inlets, outlets and catch basins, bridge decks and cattleguards, remove incidental debris, compact where required, and provide traffic control, environmental protection, fire prevention, and daily reporting on 14 named roads plus miscellaneous miles in the Bonners Ferry Ranger District.
