The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations necessary for the demolition of the existing automatic double door and installation of a new automatic sliding glass door system, including removal and off-site disposal of existing doors, frame, hardware, and adjacent components; furnishing and installing a bidirectional, automatically opening sliding door system with overhead actuator, fully glass-paneled with bronze trim, motion and presence sensors, and keypad-activated electronic lock with secondary locking core; integrating access control for business hours unlocked operation and after-hours keypad access; ensuring life safety egress; and performing site maintenance, restoration, and cleanup. The contractor must also provide pre-construction deliverables (project schedule, shop drawings, product data, dust and security plan) and closeout deliverables (AAADM safety certification, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, security credentials, owner training, and warranty certificates).
