The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for comprehensive treatment services to control and prevent subterranean and drywood termites at the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, including a base year and four option years of yearly maintenance treatment services, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work.
