IAW attached RFQ, offerors must fill out the attached bid schedule for all option years and the IHS IEE Representation Form
The Contractor shall furnish and maintain a fully operational UNIPOC POC testing system capable of supporting clinical laboratory and patient care operations at Red Lake Hospital. The system shall support rapid point-of-care diagnostic testing and include all required instrumentation, software, interfaces, consumables, quality control support, maintenance, technical support, and user training. The Contractor shall provide all services necessary for delivery and installation of equipment, initial system setup and configuration, integration support with existing electronic health record (EHR) and laboratory information systems (LIS) and scripting software, initial staff training, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repair, software upgrades and updates, technical and customer support, replacement parts and supplies, and quality control and proficiency testing support. The Contractor shall ensure the system remains fully functional and compliant with applicable healthcare and laboratory standards during the entire period of performance.
