Linen and Laundry Services - SAVAHCS

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, management, supplies, bulk delivery carts, transportation, and facilities necessary to perform contractor-owned/contractor-operated bulk laundry/linen services for SAVAHCS. Services include pick-up and delivery of items, an electronic or online ordering program, a linen rental program, quarterly titration reports, monthly cleaning logs for transport trailers, a separate 96-hour contingency linen supply, and the ability to process approximately 1,350,000 lbs of soiled linen per year. The contractor must also provide all linens (e.g., sheets, pillowcases, surgical towels, patient gowns, blankets, uniforms) and ensure clean and soiled linens are never transported together.
