Telephone Operator/Switchboard Services - VA Palo Alto Health Care System

The contractor shall provide thirteen (13) continuous telephone operator services twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including all Federal holidays. Operators will operate Cisco Finesse System phones, digital paging systems, and land lines for code calls; answer and process all incoming calls in priority order; route calls appropriately; handle emergency alarms, codes, bomb threats, fires, and disasters; receive and transmit over two-way radios; assist with outgoing calls; maintain a log of telephone equipment malfunctions; and perform other related tasks as detailed in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor determines staffing levels and schedules subject to COR concurrence.
