TRAINING PRODUCT MAINTENANCE AND PRESENTATION FOR THE ARMY SECURITY ASSISTANCE ENTERPRISE

The Contractor shall develop all new training requirements for the Army Security Assistance program and maintain and update the current product curriculum. Products shall be conducted in either a classroom environment or as an online capability. The contractor shall ensure all training is complementary to and augments the existing Department of War (DoW) Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) curriculum and is not duplicative. The Contractor shall maintain and update existing current training products that outline the Army’s Security Assistance processes and procedures, and shall be prepared to develop product(s) in each 12-month contractual period. The Contractor shall provide informed and effective instructors, deliver products in both online and classroom formats, and deliver up to 18 classes per FY. The Contractor shall maintain a secure GovCloud-capable Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) online Learning Management System (LMS) capable of supporting up to 3,000 ASAE students, and provide an LMS Administrator to oversee the LMS and coordinate registrar functions.
