Instructional Course Design, Maintenance, and Faculty Support Services

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform course design, development and continued maintenance of all new and current USNCC courses and community sites housed within the USNCC Learning Management System (LMS). Tasks include collaborating with USNCC faculty to design curriculum, developing instructional content (text, multimedia, assessments), integrating content into the LMS, ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, conducting quality assurance, providing helpdesk and technical support for faculty and students (24/7 support via email, live chat, phone, web forms), and performing project management with regular reporting and meetings. The contractor will design and develop no less than one and up to three 3-credit-bearing courses per academic year, and maintain approximately 3-4 community sites and 7 course sites per year.
