Contractor is to provide all construction services necessary to complete this project in accordance with the attached statement of work, construction drawings, construction specifications, and all other applicable supporting documents.

The scope of work for the base bid (CLIN 0001) includes correcting FCA deficiencies at various locations throughout the cemetery, such as the main entrance, flagpole, retention pond, maintenance yard facilities, spoils area, and expansion additions. Major scope items include construction of temporary trailers for staff and public restrooms, site preparation, demolition, grading, landscaping, and all associated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural work as detailed in the construction drawings and specifications. Bid Alternate 1 involves historic cemetery wall restoration, including repairing or replacing damaged capstones and re-pointing masonry joints. Bid Alternate 2 involves demolishing and constructing a new materials storage building. Bid Alternate 3 involves removing topsoil and the hardened identification layer, exposing crypt lids, and installing new turf and irrigation.
