The task order (TO) will be awarded under the SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) and will include Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), level-of-effort (LOE) contract line item numbers (CLINs), as well as cost-only other direct cost (ODC) CLINs for incidental materials and travel.The task order will have a five-year period of performance, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. No other offers will be considered. Proposals submitted by non-MAC holders will not be evaluated. Please note the Navy has transitioned from the legacy SeaPort portal to the PIEE Solicitation Module for the submission of offers, proposals, and awards under SeaPort-NxG.
