The contractor must provide a 1000kW (minimum) emergency diesel generator (EDG) that meets detailed technical specifications including 460VAC nominal, 3-phase, 60 Hz, with an isolated neutral bus, NRTL-listed components, main output circuit breaker, remote start capability, integrated double-wall UL 142 fuel tank sized for 16 hours of full-load run time, and NEMA 3R ISO enclosure with crane lift points. Prior to delivery, the contractor must perform maintenance including new batteries, replacement of filters, hoses, belts, oil and filter, and a load test to 80% of full load for one hour. Deliverables include fuel analysis, EPA off-road certification, operation and maintenance manual, one hour of on-site training, a 24/7 on-call technical representative capable of repair or replacement within 48 hours, a Process Control Procedure, and DOT certification for trailered units. The government will provide electrical cable installation/removal, crane/forklift services, operation personnel, and additional fuel.
