Uninterruptible Power Supply St. Louis VA Medical Center

The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, management, supervision, personnel, and transportation necessary to perform preventative maintenance, annual preventative maintenance inspections, emergency services, repairs, and battery replacements to UPS units for the St. Louis VA Health Care System. Services are required at the John Cochran VAMC and Jefferson Barracks VAMC. The contractor shall guarantee a 4-hour response time, 24 hours, 7 days a week. The contract covers 100% of labor, supplies, material, electrical components, electronic components, consultation, and travel at no additional cost to the government, excluding external batteries and filters. The contractor shall perform a one-time battery replacement (80 batteries), capacitors, and fans for the Eaton 9390 UPS, and preventative maintenance on various Eaton, APC, FERRUPS, and Emerson UPS units. UPS and Batteries shall be inspected, tested, and maintained Semi-Annually and (1) Annual preventative maintenance with report. The contractor shall provide training on basic use and troubleshooting of each UPS unit every six months.
