The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, is seeking quotes for the requirement of one (1) Anritsu LMR Master S412E Handheld Analyzer System and Accessories in support of the 325th Communications Squadron. The required analyzer system shall provide a single, highly portable handheld platform capable of performing comprehensive Land Mobile Radio (LMR) maintenance, spectrum analysis, cable/antenna analysis, GPS-based coverage mapping, distance-to-fault testing, vector voltmeter measurements, and EMF measurements. This is a Brand Name or Equal acquisition for the Anritsu LMR Master S412E with options and accessories IAW the Revised Salient Characterisitics.
This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6625, Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments.
Interested vendors shall submit a quote demonstrating compliance with all solicitation requirements, including pricing, estimated delivery lead time, and any supporting technical literature necessary to evaluate compliance with the requirement.

The contractor shall provide an Anritsu LMR Master S412E Analyzer System (P/N – S412E), or a technically equivalent system, configured as a single handheld unit combining all required items. The system must include all major and ancillary components identified in Section 2.2 Specifications and Characteristics and maintain full operational capability for Land Mobile Radio maintenance, coverage mapping, and interference hunting. The system must be a single, portable, battery-operated handheld unit that integrates LMR maintenance, spectrum analysis, vector network analysis, and interference hunting into a single central processing unit; perform real-time, trigger-activated directional signal triangulation on-screen without requiring external computers or manual paper calculations; and support native on-screen GIS mapping and direct export of geotagged Google Earth (.kml) vector files directly from the device. The system includes options such as Vector Voltmeter, Interference Analyzer, GPS Receiver, Coverage Mapping, P25 and P25 Phase 2 Analyzer, TETRA Analyzer, DMR Analyzer, and various accessories including antennas, calibration kit, power supply, and transit case.
