The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents.
Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by 17 September 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to inspect, remove existing light fixtures, prepare surfaces, apply texture, encapsulant, primer, and paint, install new LED light fixtures, and clean work sites. The work is limited to four interior stairwells in Building 18 and includes encapsulation of lead-based paint using lead-safe work practices in accordance with OSHA and all applicable regulations. Specific tasks include project management, inspection, surface preparation, applying texture, applying ASTM E1795 approved lead encapsulant, applying a topcoat of Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 paint, supplying and installing one new 4-foot by 2-foot LED light fixture per stairwell (stairwells 3 and 4), and cleanup and disposal of all debris at an off-base certified facility.
