The California National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to qualified contractors to provide and install a comprehensive physical security solution for a new commercial facility in the San Diego area.
This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
Quoters shall provide pricing and technical quotes covering the following two distinct project components:
Intrusion Detection System (IDS) (Full Lifecycle Services): The contractor shall furnish all equipment, installation, and configuration. Following installation, the contractor shall provide continuous 24/7 remote monitoring, monthly inspections, emergency repairs, and required reporting.
Camera Surveillance & Keyless Entry Systems (Turnkey Procurement): The contractor shall furnish and install all required Trade Agreements Act (TAA)-compliant equipment, complete all system configurations, and provide a standard warranty. The Government will assume full administrative control and management of these two systems immediately upon successful installation. No ongoing monthly monitoring or maintenance is required for these systems.

Site Visit Registration Due: August 12, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM PST. (Vendors must submit the Site Visit Form directly to the Contracting Officer to secure attendance).
Organized Site Visit: August 13, 2026.10:30AM PST
Quote Submission Deadline: August 21, 2026. 12:00PM PST
The contractor shall furnish, install, and configure a complete TAA-compliant facility security system consisting of an intrusion detection alarm system, a standalone camera surveillance system, and a keyless entry access control system at 4821 Viewridge Avenue, San Diego, CA. For the IDS, the contractor shall provide continuous 24/7/365 remote monitoring, monthly inspections, emergency repairs, and required reporting. For the camera surveillance and keyless entry systems, the contractor shall provide equipment, installation, configuration, and a standard warranty; no ongoing monitoring or maintenance is required for these systems. The contractor shall also provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, and quality control necessary.
