The contractor shall deliver and install 7 T3 Patroller 2026 Elite 400 Series electric stand-up vehicles, including power modules, police lighting packages, shipping crates, and annual PROCARE on-site warranty extensions for up to four option years. The contractor must provide new OEM equipment only, all tools and test equipment for assembly and calibration, clean work areas daily, and dispose of waste in accordance with regulations. The contractor shall be OEM certified to install, service, and maintain the equipment, provide on-site training, and provide technical support. The warranty shall cover time, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor, including all mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Delivery is FOB destination to the VA North Texas Health Care System, Police Service, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216, within 90 days ARO.
