The contractor shall perform two (2) preventive maintenance visits per year (October and April) on each piece of equipment listed in paragraph 7.0 of the Statement of Work. Work includes a complete functional check of wiring, tap switches, meters, modules, power supplies, head and tail stock assemblies, foot switches, and pad accuracy of current draw in both magnetics and demagnetize modes. The contractor is responsible for making all repairs detected during the visit, including torque, voltage/amp readings, bad contacts, relay operations, water pump flow, filter systems, magnetic field strength, and digital indicators/modules. The contractor shall be reimbursed for parts at actual cost, and must notify the Maintenance Planning Branch Help Desk upon arrival and provide a service report upon completion.
