The contractor shall install approximately 40 linear feet of 4-inch PVC solid sewer pipe, one underground two-way cleanout, a 1,100-gallon traffic-rated concrete single-compartment settling tank with effluent filter, a 1,250-gallon traffic-rated concrete pump tank with effluent pump and controls, approximately 200 linear feet of 2-inch Sch 40 PVC effluent transport line with manifold, approximately 120 linear feet of 3-inch Sch 40 PVC sleeve, and 192 linear feet of gravel trench drainfield with four 1.5-inch Sch 40 PVC laterals. The contractor must also inspect the existing septic tank and, if unsatisfactory, install a new 1,125-gallon concrete septic tank and abandon the existing tank. Work includes mobilization, excavation, backfill, resurfacing, and all necessary permits.
