The contractor must provide 5 licenses for Accrete Argus for Social Media Intelligence tool, with a coverage period of one year from the date of delivery. The tool is an advanced multi-modal PAI capture and identification system that enables pre-viral content discovery, agentic AI modeling, and threat awareness. Delivery is to the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) at Quantico, VA, on or before 1 September 2026. The pricing arrangement is firm-fixed price, and the contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis.
