The contractor shall furnish personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities to perform emergency response, removal actions, remedial actions, multi-media sampling, site stabilization, spill control, waste treatment, restoration, transportation, and disposal. Work includes project planning, containment, decontamination, analytical services, demolition, construction support, marine operations, international response, regional crossover, sustainable remediation, community involvement, logistical services, and project closeout. The contractor must maintain a 24/7 response capability, with emergency response en route within two hours and on-site within twelve hours, and other actions within 72 hours. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA policies.
