OSC Security Locks at the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC), Philadelphia, PA

The contractor shall perform monthly preventative maintenance on 11 doors in accordance with original manufacturer's recommendation and applicable documents, with scheduled visits between 28 to 33 calendar days from the previous visit. The contractor shall document actions taken on each lock and any discovered deficiencies in CDRL A001. For emergency corrective repairs, the contractor shall report to the facility and repair defective locks within 24 hours, Monday through Friday 0900-1700. The contractor shall also submit reports (CDRL A001, A002, A003) documenting maintenance, repairs, and use of Government-furnished materials. The Government will provide Lockmasters parts (LKM10KPX10S2, LKM10KHX10S3, LKM10KSKIT) as Government Furnished Equipment.
