  • Electrical installations Dismantling of switches, sockets, wiring in half walls and floors before demolition; new switches/sockets/wires to be installed in existing walls.

  • Filling of the area in the floor+ new flooring (screed, impact sound insulation, laminate flooring)

  • Site-Cleaning renovation area and all affected areas in the building

Special requirements

  • The work will be carried out in short time slots (incl. night & weekend) while the facility remains in operation and in the presence of the employees and clients who should not be disturbed during the construction work

  • USG Security regulations

  • Clearance process for employees, cars, material on site

  • Safety and protective measures
