The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, travel, and equipment to maintain all De-Ionization (DI) Systems, Reverse Osmosis (R/O), Water Softeners, and Salt Deliveries at the Lee County Healthcare Center. Services include changing pre-filters monthly, repairing/maintaining UV light yearly, changing sub-micron filters every 180 days, changing DI exchange tanks monthly as needed, loop disinfecting the RO system every three months, checking and adjusting controls and floats as needed, performing AAMI ST-108 water tests monthly, carbon and water softener inspections monthly as needed, and softener re-bedding as needed. The contractor must also supply bagged salt for water softeners weekly, provide service reports within 24 hours, and maintain a 24-hour telephone hotline with emergency response within 4 hours.
