Elevator Service Contract with a Base year plus (4) Year ordering periods for the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson MS 39216

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, tools, materials, parts, and other items necessary to perform preventive maintenance and repair services on 17 elevators, 2 cart lifts, and 3 dumbwaiters at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center. Services include weekly inspections of passenger and service-type elevators, semi-monthly inspections of freight-type elevators and dumbwaiters, emergency call-back service within two hours, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of equipment, and all required tests including annual, semiannual, and five-year tests. The contractor must maintain a quality control program, provide documentation of services, and ensure all work complies with ASME A17.1 and A17.2 codes. The contractor is responsible for parts costing less than $2,000.00 and must provide a one-year warranty on all equipment/services.
