The contractor shall provide all food, non-alcoholic beverages, personnel, serving equipment, disposable dining ware, setup, meal replenishment, bussing/cleanup, and trash disposal necessary to safely and efficiently serve 2,500 attendees. The contractor may submit a quote based on either Option A (Traditional Thanksgiving Meal) or Option B (Novelty Appreciation Meal). The contractor must provide sufficient trained personnel, including at least one on-site ServSafe certified manager at all times. The contractor is responsible for all single-service disposable supplies, food safety and temperature control, setup and breakdown, and compliance with all applicable standards including the Service Contract Act.
