The United States Coast Guard recruiting Command is seeking to lease a min of 3000 rentable square feet retail and
a max of 3500 sq ft unit with the following criteria
Facility suitable for 10 USCG personnel to operate a Coast Guard Recruiting Office Station, with bare
minimum of 3000 square feet of space, preferably located in a retail shopping strip
1.Storage & Kitchenette or the ability to add
2.Unit must have a back door Exit that leads to the outside
3.Landlord must agree to register their entity in SAM.gov for payments made by Coast Guard. All Landlords must be
registered and have a UID on SAM.gov in order to receive rental payments
4.Parking spaces available for 2 GV's
5.Space must be available no later than Oct 1, 2026
6.Any expression of interest must be submitted in writing to the email below and should affirm and include a
minimum of information as follows:
exclusive rights of subject property, such as a warranty deed or management agreement which included owner’s
deed. NO SUBLEASES
Building name and address of available space within building,
Building management point of contact, name, phone number, email address
Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any,
Date of space occupancy availability,
Amount of parking available on-site and/or nearby parking garages/areas,
Energy efficiency and renewal energy features existing within the building

The Coast Guard requires a retail unit of 3,000–3,500 rentable square feet, preferably in a retail shopping strip, with storage and a kitchenette (or ability to add), a back door exit, and parking for 2 government vehicles. The space must be available no later than October 1, 2026. The landlord must register in SAM.gov and have a UID. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing to the provided email with building ownership information, building name and address, management point of contact, rental rate details (including tenant improvements), occupancy availability date, parking information, and energy efficiency features.
