Uninterruptible Power Supply Semi-Annual Maintenance SAVAHCS

The contractor will furnish all onsite labor, test equipment, expenses, and a detailed UPS service report for each UPS. During semi-annual maintenance and testing, the contractor will perform visual and mechanical inspections and electrical testing including measuring voltage of each cell or battery block, measuring ambient temperature and negative-post temperature of at least 10% of battery cells, inspecting and repairing battery connections as needed, replacing all batteries and capacitors, inspecting control wiring and checking all electrical connections for tightness, vacuuming the enclosure clean of all dirt and debris, visually checking for liquid contamination from batteries and capacitors, performing thermal scans on electrical connections, performing load tests on battery banks, measuring the torque of all connections, and providing a complete operational test of the system including a monitored battery run-down test. The contractor must also provide prompt emergency callback and repair service within four hours.
