FY 27 A&E IDIQ Solicitation

The A-E shall provide professional architectural and engineering support services for projects assigned to the 86th Civil Engineer Squadron, including design of various U.S. military buildings, structures, and facilities throughout Europe. Services include concept design (15%), preliminary design (35%), pre-final (95%)/final design (100%), quality assurance (Title II services), and other A-E services such as studies, inspections, and planning charrette reports. The work involves major and minor new construction, alteration, repair or rehabilitation of structures such as barracks, housing, utility systems, vehicle maintenance facilities, administrative buildings, secure facilities, pavements, airfields, and other U.S. military facilities. The A-E shall also provide geospatial data deliverables, including site plans, record drawings, topographic surveys, and as-builts in ESRI File Geodatabase format. All work shall comply with HOAI, U.S. regulations (UFC, UFGS, Military Standards), and Host Nation laws.
