The contractor must provide one seated, battery powered towing tractor with specifications including: adjustable seat, solid pneumatic tires, operation in temperatures from 15-100 degrees F, Clevis pin style hitch with quick-release bar, tow rating between 12,000 and 16,000 pounds, minimum top speed of 6 mph (3 mph while towing 6,000 pounds), tricycle wheel configuration, turning radius not exceeding 75 inches, power steering, dimensions not exceeding 85in long, 40in wide, 55in high, foot brake and parking brake, safety features (headlight, side lights, flashers, hazard lights, audible backup alarm, horn), battery rated for minimum 6 hours of use and compatible with 48V charger with Anderson Connector. Delivery is to B2280 at Tinker AFB.
