PN: 438-21-403, Renovate First Floor Kitchen (SF)

The contractor must provide all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, services, and testing necessary to accomplish the 'Renovate First Floor for New Kitchen' project per the construction drawings and specifications. Work includes demolition of walls, floors, ceilings, equipment, heating/cooling ventilation, and electrical; construction consisting of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical improvements; supply and install kitchen equipment and installation of Government provided Kitchen Equipment; site work including fencing, excavation, grading, paving, and protection of existing utilities; and phasing to keep the existing kitchen operational during construction. The contractor must provide a dedicated site superintendent, a site safety health officer, and a dedicated quality control manager. Night and weekend work will be expected. The performance period is 550 calendar days or less from Notice to Proceed.
