This procurement is subject to M/WBE participation goals. The M/WBE goals for this project are 30%. A Pre-bid Conference (Optional) has been scheduled for 09/09/2026 at 10 am through Zoom/Teams.

The Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to retrofit at least 660 existing Signalized Intersections per Zone to incorporate APS. This includes furnishing and installing APS, pedestrian signal heads, signal cabling, conduit systems, junction boxes, mounting hardware, and associated appurtenances, including all excavation and restoration. The Contractor may reuse existing signal poles and support structures where feasible, and shall furnish and install new poles, mast arms, foundations, and underground conduit where existing infrastructure is insufficient. The Contractor is responsible for all terminations, activation, programming, and field adjustment of the APS equipment. The work is distributed across multiple sites throughout the City, and the Contractor must plan, schedule, and execute the Work in a manner that fully accounts for this distributed character.
