This Request for Proposals (RFP) is released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal.
Responses to this RFP must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the RFP, vendors should visit the PASSPort public Portal at https://a0333-passportpublic.nyc.gov/rfx.html go to the PASSPort page and click on PASSPort Public-agree to the Disclaimer-press submit-Browse Solicitations.
