The CM Consultant shall oversee demolition of existing chemical storage and feed systems; hazardous materials abatement within existing chambers; structural, architectural, plumbing, and electrical repairs; connection of utilities installed under Contract HVR-210; final restoration and pavement repairs; decommissioning of interim chemical systems; replacement of boat docks and ramps; manufacture of new sluice gates; replacement of flow-control equipment; installation of permanent electrical, SCADA, chemical, and water quality monitoring equipment; new flow metering systems; slab/beam and crack repair; trenchless crossing; security maintenance; stabilization of overflow structures; and installation of bi-directional flow meter. The CM Consultant will also provide project management, design support, construction procurement services, construction phase services, close-out phase services, and program management services including regulatory program management, chemical process safety management, and instrumentation and monitoring.
