The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of Bus Transportation for DHS Shelter Clients (PIN: 25BSEDD03801/EPIN: 07126B0003). This Competitive Sealed Bid (RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York Citys online procurement portal on Monday, July 6, 2026. Until further notice, the Department of Social Services (HRA/DHS) will conduct all in-person meetings (Pre-bid conferences and bid openings) that would normally be open to the public via conference call and/or video-conference only using the Cisco Webex platform. You may participate using your computer, tablet, or smartphone. You will need to download the Webex plug-in or mobile app. The non-mandatory Cisco Webex platform pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Attendance Is Strongly Recommended.
